Yashodhara Suri || Digital Media
I am a Digital Media Producer who is interested in creating unique and impactful content as well as using multimedia production and social media marketing as tools to bring this content to a higher level of quality.
I was born in Dubai to an Indian family, moved to Singapore, then to Miami at the age of 4. From a young age, I have been passionate about exploring new places and everything that came with it- the culture, food, fashion, etc. As I grew older, my itch to explore expanded into the digital realm. I became fascinated with all things multimedia and wanted to express my interests through a digital platform.
I majored in Digital Media Studies at the Honors College of Florida International University and soon after started my fashion & lifestyle blog (The Hip Nip) and collaborative lifestyle brand (LYNK Studio). In and out of my classes, I was able to learn web design, photography, videography, editing and all the skills to succeed in Digital Media.
I then was able to use my skills and knowledge in internships and jobs in corporate and creative fields. My experience in these fields allowed me to understand the art of balancing creativity with marketing and business.
